Villa Mamma Ninetta in Castellammare del Golfo

Wonderful villa, built in 2017, overlooking the gulf of Castellammare. You can touch the sea with your hands!

The interior shows 2 double bedrooms, a twin, and a spacious saloon with a fully equipped kitchen. All is completed by 2 bathrooms with shower. The furniture are elegant and new, all the living spaces are large and clean. Note: the electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the Tourist Tax, required by the Municipality of Castellamare of € 1.00 (per person) excluding children under 12

There is a wonderful exterior area with a big pool and a spacious open space. A real balcony overlooking the sea. On the exterior we also find a well-equipped BBQ area, and many corners under the patio and the veranda.

Scopello is one of the most beautiful hamlet in the world! A stone village by the sea where you can find shops, restaurants, markets and … friendly locals! Scopello is one of the two entrances (the other is San Vito Lo Capo) of the most important and fascinating natural reserve in Sicily: Zingaro, where one can enjoy many “tropical” sandy beaches.
Castellammare, just 5 km’s away is a nice town where to spend a day.
Segesta, a greek colony of the past, is 20 km's away.
Trapani, a very nice town, almost 30 km’s away.
Busiate alla trapanese pasta, and Cannoli with ricotta are two masters in the tables of this area.

    “Oberhalb des kleinen und beliebten Küstenortes Scopello, ca 500 Meter entfernt, gelegen. Herrlicher Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Meer. Herausragend ist dabei der Pool, die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, die Sauberkeit bestens. Die Freundlichkeit und Betreuung der Vermieterin war sehr gut und entspannt. Wenn man keinen Touristentrubel will fühlt man sich hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Ein Auto ist erforderlich.
    Etwas ärgerlich war das man unterhalb Scopellos kaum einen Zutritt zur sehr reizvollen Küste hat da alles anscheinend Privatbesitz ist.”

    “Positiv: Location, stunning views. Exterior, pool, second bath room outside. Quiet place. Overall very clean and looked after very well. Good beds as well. Negativ: Short of dishes, glasses et cetera, for a house that is meant for six and is not cheap. Very limited amount of electricity, which means that you can not use airco a lot without having to pay extra. Lack of relevant or tourist information about the area.”
