This modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located right in the heart of the Mediterranean metropolis of Split: close to all Attractions, Beaches, Restaurants and Entertainment, right next to the Central City Park. The street is in a quiet environment, with free parking spots. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring Split and Dalmatia.

  • The fully air conditioned apartment is on the second floor. It offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, three air conditioning units, four flat screen TVs. It has an open concept living space, kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, freezer, fridge and everything else that matters). There is sofa bed in living for 2 additional persons (1,40 m wide). Master bedroom is with double bed (1,80 m wide) and attached bathroom with shower /bathtub. Second room has one double bed (1,80 m wide) as well as one single/bunk bed (0,90 m wide), and the third room is with one double bed (1,60 m wide) and additional fridge. This one has exit to the balcony and sitting area. Every bedroom is equipped with flat screen TV, storage spaces, linens, towels etc. Free WiFI is available.


Parking possibilities can be found on the street. Next to the Central City Park for family-friendly activities. Historical Center in 10 minutes easy walk.

Free housekeeping for longer stays.

Owner is providing smart cell phone as well as travel bed for kids. For business travellers the owner can provide print-scan-copy-fax device. The owner can arrange trips to Plitvice Lakes, Krka Falls or Islands (Blue cave, Hvar). Also, transportation to or from the airport (or Acy Marines) can be arranged by the owner in advance.

Promenade Riva (City port) is about 400 meters away. The closest beach is about 500 meters away. There is communal swimming pool at Poljud Beauty Sport facilities, about 400 meters away. Natural shadowed beaches on the north side of the Marjan Hill is about 1500 m away, as well as the sandy beach Bačvice! All of those are accessible by car. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 150 metres away. There are two open markets in 150 m distance, and fish market in 300 m distance.
