Natural shadowed beaches on the north side of the Marjan Hill is about 1500 m away, as well as the sandy beach Bačvice! All of those are accessible by car. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 150 metres away. There are two open markets in 150 m distance, and fish market in 300 m distance.

- The fully air conditioned apartment is on the second floor. It offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, three air conditioning units, four flat screen TVs. It has an open concept living space, kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, freezer, fridge and everything else that matters). There is sofa bed in living for 2 additional persons (1,40 m wide). Master bedroom is with double bed (1,80 m wide) and attached bathroom with shower /bathtub. Second room has one double bed (1,80 m wide) as well as one single/bunk bed (0,90 m wide), and the third room is with one double bed (1,60 m wide) and additional fridge. This one has exit to the balcony and sitting area. Every bedroom is equipped with flat screen TV, storage spaces, linens, towels etc. Free WiFI is available.
