Holiday house on the outskirts with a big site and a view into the distance
This holiday house, a former farmhouse built in 1880, is in a small and very quiet village, on the outskirts, with a beautiful view into the distance up to 20km. Nearby there are meadows and forests with many walking and cycling paths.
The house is for a maximum of six people. The ground floor has a cosy living and dining room with a fireplace stove and an open kitchen totaling around 30m². The first floor comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom with a WC. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180 x 200cm, the second with two single beds 100 x 200cm. The second floor provides the third bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200cm. There is a washing machine in the cellar.
The house is on a big site of around 2900m² with a little stream and a view into the distance. The garden is shared. Guests have their own terrace with garden furniture and a grill.
The house is not barrier-free and is non-smoking. A maximum of two dogs are welcome and may use the garden.
From the site you can see Aremberg, Hohe Acht and the Nürgburgring (18km as the crow flies). It is about 5km to Arnulfusberg, a former volcano. It is 13km to the lake Freilinger See with a range of activities: windsurfing, diving, rowing, paddle boats, fishing, sports fishing, swimming, sunbathing on the lawn. It is worth a trip especially in summer.
