Casa Poggibonsi al Mar - just a few steps away from the beautiful beach of Cala Llombards. Newly built in a privileged location of Cala Llombards - a wonderful place for a beach holiday in any season. Well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, the two-storey house offers enough space for 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The air-conditioned (hot/cold) rooms are elegantly and thoughtfully furnished. Additional in the living room: infrared heating



On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The master bedroom with private bathroom and access to the roof terraces is upstairs. Both the terraces and the bedroom offer fantastic views of the sea and mountains. All living rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen washed at high temperature. Beds made on arrival



From the upper terrace an open staircase leads to the roof terrace. From here you can see over the sea to the rock gate of Es Pontas and towards the village Cala Santanyi. A hatch opens the kitchen to the garden and to the BBQ grill with gas, so that the summer kitchen can be opened there without problems. A large outdoor dining area is available. A spacious terrace surrounds the house. Here in the patio is also the swimming pool. The pool has 7.50 m on the longest lane and 3.25 m on the narrowest, so that an area of approx. 25 sqm is created. The pool is 2,20 deep and the colour can be adjusted by remote control. Also from the garden/ patio there is a partial sea view.


Pool with salt system:

  • Saltwater pool - no seawater pool - natural salt instead of chlorine
  • The salt content is reduced to a minimum and is not comparable with sea water, which has a much higher salt concentration!
  • The chloride from the salt destroys bacteria, viruses, algae and other organic materials.
  • The slight salt content in the water is beneficial for the skin - especially for people who are sensitive to chlorine.

Especially at Casa Poggibonsi is not only the wonderful view to the sea. In about 50 meters distance from the entrance of the house there is a staircase from which one can reach via steps a bathing place (rock plateau) in the Cala Llombards. There are bathing ladders in the bathing season. The fine sandy beach of the romantic Cala Llombards can be reached from there after only a few steps via a small path in the rock. By the way, there is a Chiringuito with a lot of praised cuisine at the beach. There you can rent sunbeds and parasols for a fee. The southeast of Mallorca is famous for its beautiful beaches and bays. Here the life is original, but due to the well organized infrastructure the stay in the area around Santanyi is very pleasant. Larger shops and supermarkets, restaurants and cafés can be found in Santanyi. In Cala Llombards there are two smaller supermarkets, where you can get good supplies. A bar in the centre of Cala Llombards, a restaurant, a children's playground and a football field complete the offer. The market of Santanyi on Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. on island-wide known and very popular.
