Holiday farmhouse situated in a beautiful hillside position in the heart of the Chianti area (1,5 km Barberino Val d'Elsa, 3 km Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, 20 km San Gimignano). The house is divided into three cozy apartments, not communicating with each other, ideal for groups or families who want to spend a holiday together and at the same time enjoy some privacy. The adjoining separate barn is equipped with spacious common areas. The house offers various green areas and a garden with private pool. There is a 750 m long dirt road to reach the house, which is not suitable for low or sports cars.
