The beautiful apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a family apartment house near the old town of Lovran and the sea and the nearest beaches. There are some steps leading up to the apartment. At the apartment is a partially covered terrace with awning, which invites you to sit together. The town of Lovran is a popular seaside resort on the Opatija Riviera, which has excellent restaurants and numerous events and concerts to lastingly delight its guests. For nature lovers there are the hiking trails at the U?ka Nature Park, while active vacationers can try paragliding and many different water sports here.
