Bright, renovated and air-conditioned holiday flat with stunning views of the ocean and the harbour in Portocolom

This penthouse apartment, only renovated in 2015, offers ocean views and is located in the harbour of Portocolom.

The 75 m² apartment accommodates up to four people. The holiday flat offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.35m x 1.90m) and the second one with two single beds (0.80m x 1.80m and 0.80m x 2.0m). There is a bathroom with a small window, a shower, a toilet and a sink. A long hallway leads into the bright, air conditioned living room with integrated kitchen unit. The living room is also furnished with a sofa and a coffee table, a satellite television and a small bar, where you can also enjoy a meal. The bar separates the living room from the kitchen area. The adjacent kitchen is furnished with a ceran stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The flat also offers wireless internet access.

The patio is the highlight of the apartment and is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of Portocolom and the harbour, while watching the ships coming and going during the summer months.

The apartment has all necessities, such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a fish monger and the beach, within walking distance, making a car redundant. It is about 50 km to the airport.

    “Das Appartement in Portocolom war groß, gut ausgestattet und hatte eine sehr gute Lage mit wunderschönem Blick über den Hafen.
    Direkt nebenan war ein gutes Restaurant.
    Morgens haben wir auf der großen Terasse gefrühstückt.
    Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
    Besonders Toni, der Eigentümer der Wohnung, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Positiv: Toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf den Hafen und die Bucht. Trotz Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ruhige Wohnung. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Stand (Cala Marcal) ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20 Min.). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Negativ: Die Parkplatzsuche war manchmal etwas schwierig. Ein Besen wäre nützlich gewesen um zwischendurch etwas sauber zu machen.”

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick von einer großzügigen Dachterrasse über die Bucht und den Hafen von Portocolom !! Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich, ruhig und mit Sat- TV, W-Lan und Klimaanlage gut ausgestattet ( wobei man den Fernseher bei der Aussicht auf das Hafentreiben gar nicht brauchte ) Toni war jederzeit ansprechbar für uns , sehr bemüht und sein Service war absolut klasse !! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, einen traumhaften Urlaub verlebt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen !!

    “Tolle Lage, direkt am Hafen von Portocolom. Von der großen Terrasse hat man eine herrliche Aussicht. Die geräumige Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Sie ist schön hell und sehr sauber. Es gab sogar frische Blumen, Sekt, Wasser und Obst. Man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Toni ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine kleine Bäckerei. Dort kann man u.a. leckere Ensaimadas kaufen. Am Hafen findet man jede Menge Restaurants.

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!”
