Einfaches Häuschen in sehr attraktiver Lage im schönen Ekenäs, ganz nahe der Küste. Sie wohnen hier keine 10 m vom Meer entfernt! Frühstücken Sie morgens draußen, mit Blick zum Sonnenaufgang am Kalmarsund - ein unvergesslich schöner Anblick! Nur 100 m weiter liegt ein kinderfreundliches Badeufer mit Strandlinie, Steg und Sprungturm. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schlicht. Gr. Wohnbereich mit Kaminofen, Küche mit Kochplatten (Tischgerät), Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Spüle. In der oberen Etage mit Dachschrägen findet man das SZ mit 4 Einzelbetten. Praktische Außendusche m. Warmwasser am Strandufer, etwa 5 m vom Haus. Zudem Bio-Toilette und Waschtisch in einem Anbau am Haus. Rauchen im Haus erlaubt. An Qualität und Ausstattung sollten keine hohen Ansprüche gestellt werden.

Der Eigentümer wohnt nur 25 m weiter auf der anderen Straßenseite und spricht deutsch. Sie erhalten den Schlüssel zum Keller des Eigentümers, wo Sie seine Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine ggf. mit benutzen können. Das zugehörige Boot liegt keine 50 m vom Haus, bereit für Angelausflüge im Kalmarsund. Besuchen Sie auf Tagesausflügen auch die alten Städte Kalmar und Karlskrona mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten und netten Gaststätten, die teilweise ein preiswertes Gericht des Tages im Angebot haben.
