    “Ausstattung: gut - Zustand aber vernachlässigt (Küche Kühlschrank und Kinderzimmer defekte Kommoden und Lampen , defekter DVD-Player)
    Lage: sehr gut
    Sauberkeit: Wohnung ok, Balkon sehr dreckig, Reinigung wurde nachgefordert und dann unzureichend ausgeführt.
