Beautiful detached holiday home with private pool, located on the first hills of the Marche 8 km from the lively beaches of Pesaro, 13 km from the historic town of Fano and 34 km from Urbino. Ideal destination for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together without renouncing their privacy as the house consists of two units not connected internally. The fenced outdoor area, has a pool area equipped with sun beds and parasols, you will be in a pleasant natural environment. A comfortable gazebo awaits you, ideal for outdoor dining with barbecue for your grilling. For children: a colorful and entertaining playground. The first unit consists of a spacious living room- kitchen, living room and bathroom. On the first floor two double bedrooms, one with a gallery with two single beds, both bedrooms have bathrooms with showers. The second unit is composed on the ground floor by a spacious living room and on the first floor two bright double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Those who are enthusiast of art and culture await the historic city of Urbino (34 km), home to one of the oldest universities in Italy, also famous for its ancient monuments of the Renaissance. The characteristic town of Fano, partly enclosed within the walls, is home to magnificent Roman monuments. For fans of natural spots we recommend a visit to the majestic Gorge of Furlo (51 km), the famous Caves of Frasassi (82 km), the Conero Riviera with its beautiful beaches of Sirolo (85 km) and Numana (86 km). The surrounding areas host the most famous amusement parks and theme parks in Italy.
