The house with 4 holiday apartments is right by the lake on a private road. It is surrounded by a big garden from which a small stairway provides direct access to the lake.
The apartment on offer is on the ground floor on the left and right in front of the house there is a terrace with a table, chairs and parasol, as well as a view of the lake and the mountains. The living room with a dining space provides cosy comfort and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, large fridge with a freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and all everyday cooking utensils. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi access are included.
Behind the house there is a big garden with a pool measuring 6 x 3 x 0.55m, so more of a paddling pool for children or for adults to relax in, as the lake is right on the doorstep for swimming. There are also a sunny terrace and a volleyball court. The road you can see in front of the house is a private cul-de-sac that is only used by those belonging to the house.
The special feature of this property is the fantastic location and the view, along with the big garden and the short walks to shops, a pizzeria/restaurant, bar, playground or weekly market.
