Die Wohnfläche von ca. 100 m² befindet sich Ebenerdig. Wohnraum mit Sitzcouch, Kamin (nur Dekoration) und Essplatz, durch offenen gemauerten Rundbogen zur Küche (Flammen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine). Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (1,60 m breit) und Balkonausgang. Zweibettzimmer (Betten 0,80 m breit, zusammenstellbar). Bad mit Dusche/WC.
Lage: Das Haus Terrazza steht im ländlichen Wohngebiet Montebello, mit schönem Blick über die bewaldeten Apuanischen Alpen. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal für Gäste, die die Sonnenwärme auf der großen Terrasse genießen möchten. Das Zentrum von Camaiore ist ca. 3 Km entfernt und die schöne Sandstrände der Versilia nur 10 Km. Ein Barbecue, Tisch, Stühle und Liegen stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung und schöne kulinarische Momente auf der Terrasse (ca. 100 m²) zu erleben. Parkplatz für 1 Pkw auf dem Grundstück. Ein privates, kleines Schwimmbecken ( 3 m x 2 m) steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.
