This is a beautiful holiday home with a big shared swimming pool and relaxation area as well as a beautiful green surrounding. The apartment, well-furnished is in Torre Dell’Orso, a well-known seaside resort of the Adriatic coast with great beach und crystal-clear water. The 3 bedroom apartment is equipped with various comforts, 700 meters from the beach, easily accessible by foot, very close to the centre, various services and sightseeing sites. The apartment has the following structure: big living room with fitted kitchenette (pans, dishes, refrigerator, oven, etc....), 2 sofa beds (each for 2 people), television, table with chairs and various furniture; air condition; nicely fitted double bedroom; second bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joint together to a double bed); bathroom with shower box and toiled; covered veranda with a garden table, chairs, barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunch/dinner; private outside parking space. Ideal for groups from 4-8 people, also families and couples. The community pool and its area is open from 01/07 - 31/08.

    “Man sieht das es einfach und schnell gereinigt wird da die fliesen in der Küche und im Bad dreckig sind. Auch das Geschirr und das Besteck da kam aus den mehrteilgen Griffen Dreck heraus. Die Schränke waren sehr muffig einige Schranktüren in der Küche sind deffekt.Die Klimaanlage kühlt mangels Wartung gar nicht.
    In der angrenzenden Ferienangabe war die Musik öfters etwas zu laut.”
