Desenzano is not only a tourist town, but is lively in all seasons and is a popular winter weekend destination, for shopping in the outlets and for evenings in the clubs and restaurants. Along an inner street that runs parallel to the lakeside promenade and that starts from the ancient Piazza Malvezzi ( 16th century), you will find elegant showcases for more than a kilometer and between the stores you will find the tables of ice cream parlors and bars that specialize in aperitifs and snacks during the day and where live music is often played in the evening.
