Es gibt weiterhin eine überdachte Terrasse, die mit einem Sofa und Sesseln ausgestattet ist, dass Sie es sich mit Ihrem guten Buch jederzeit auch dort gemütlich machen können. Im quasi Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, ein zur Küche hin offenes Esszimmer, die vollausgestattete Küche, ein Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Duschbad.
