Living/dining room with 2 sofabeds, dining table and digital TV. Exit to the patio. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island) with dining table. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Bath/bidet/WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: kitchenette in the entrance (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea and the resort. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 800 m, bakery 1 km, sandy beach "Playa Mar Menuda" 1.7 km, diving center 1 km. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course 25 km, surf school 9 km, tennis 1 km, sports centre 1 km. Nearby attractions: Marineland Palafolls 20 km, Waterworld Lloret de mar 13 km, Casino de lloret 11 km.     “Huis is erg mooi en comfortabel, met een schitterend uitzicht vanaf het riante terras met heerlijke banken. Goede bedden in boven gedeelte en ventilatoren voor de nodige afkoeling. Nieuwe keuken met alle benodigdheden, super BBQ en eetgedeelte buiten is erg leuk.
    Het heeft een heerlijk zwembad met voldoende schaduw. Zowel het zwembad als de tuin worden goed onderhouden.
    Straatje is heel steil en rustig.
    Minpunt: de 3e slaapkamer is een extra appartement onder het woongedeelte met daarin een 2 persoonsbed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Het is een zeer vochtige ruimte die naar schimmel ruikt. Er staat een vochtafzuiger (moet om de 2 dagen geleegd) en geurverspreiders maar dit alles helpt niet veel. We hebben ieder dag alle ramen en deuren open meten zetten om het enigszins acceptabel te maken om te slapen.”
