There is a master bathroom with a large bath tub and another two bathrooms, one with a shower. Laundry room, dressing room, two extra large living rooms, two kitchens, connecting corridors and a 30 sq mezzanine. It is built traditionally, with high qualitymaterials wooden floors irocco wood and antiqua umbria Italian tiles.
Interior temperature is controlled by fans and A/C units for the summer season, usually not needed as the house is perfectly insulated.
Shadowed areas and barbecue grill are available for your convenience.
Wireless Internet free access all over the place .
Onsite self parking is free.
