The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. This property is a family-friendly, historical and romantic accomodation. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, grill possibility and terrace. Special facilities in the communal area (umbrellas and deck chairs, table tennis, bowls, fitness equipment, depending on the season, as well as the organization and various activities of the holiday village.

Ragusa, district Tra Scoglitti e Marina di Ragusa, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm, closed forest plot with trees, limited by a hedce.
