The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods and at the water. Veli Rat, district Verunic, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 5000 sqm, open, closed garden plot with meadow and trees, limited by a fence. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 30 m). Parking lot (for 20 cars) in the carport.
