Located between the beautiful beaches of Port Blanc and Trestel, this house part of an old farmhouse, from whose garden you will enjoy a beautiful sea view, will seduce you with its charm. This house is very comfortable and restored with great care. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. The bedroom upstairs has a sink and a toilet. You are a few kilometers from the seaside resort of Perros Guirec. There are games for children on the beach at Trestel, and a sailing school at Port Blanc. Other nice excursions are the castle of Roche Jagu, the abbey of Beauport or Tréguier. The seven islands of Perros Guirec are also worth a visit (17 km). Come and relax in the fresh air of Cotes d'Armor in this charming vacation home.
