This detached holiday house with exclusive pool and privacy is set in the countryside of the characteristic and ancient village of Pari, located halfway between Grosseto and Siena, ideal for a family looking for a holiday of absolute relaxation with the possibility of excursions in the most beautiful and unspoiled nature and in fascinating villages and towns. The house is on two levels and offers spacious and pleasantly furnished spaces where a table football and fitness equipment are available for moments of leisure and physical activity. Outside there is a large porch that overlooks the garden and the swimming pool, furnished for outdoor dining or relaxing moments enjoying the view of the surrounding countryside. Easily reachable from here are Siena (40 km) and other places that boast the charm of history and tradition such as Montalcino (43 km), also known for its wine production, Pienza (66 km), San Gimignano (75 km), Volterra (78 km), as well as the beauty of the harsh and spectacular nature of the Maremma region. Its Natural Park (64 km) is rich in trails to be covered on foot, by bike and on horseback and extends to the sea. Its beaches such as Alberese (65 km) are wild and unspoiled. Other important seaside resorts of the Maremma coast are Castiglione della Pescaia (62 km), Principina (55 km). Interesting and beautiful to visit, reachable in about an hour by car, are the most important towns of the Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata: Castiglione d'Orcia (64 km) and San Quirico d'Orcia d'Orcia (58 km), Santa Fiora (51 km), Castel del Piano (44 km), Piancastagnaio (65 km), just to name a few. At Just 4 km are the thermal baths of Petriolo for unforgettable moments of relaxation in its warm and healthy waters, and all around are woods for pleasant walks or bike rides.

    “Prachtig huis met een privé zwembad. Veel privacy. Het huis ligt redelijk afgelegen tussen de bergen. Gelukkig heb je nog wel even verderop buren (je bent dus niet helemaal middle of nowhere). Verder zijn de eigenaren hele aardige mensen.”
