Nice holiday apartment on two levels in Lignano Sabbiadoro, elegantly furnished with modern furniture. The accommodation is just 300 mt. from the entrance of the famous beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro, reachable on foot or by bicycle. The enchanting and very long beach runs along the entire seaside resort up to the mouth of the Tagliamento river. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, where you can all sit together while enjoying your meals. A few meters from the front door is a parking space. In the area of the upper floor of the apartment, which is reached by a reserved staircase from the 4th floor terrace, is a splendid open space with a Jacuzzi for 4 people, sauna and turkish bath housed in a beautiful wooden building. This large terrace has a spectacular and unparalleled view of the sea up to the mountains, it is also equipped with sunbeds, chairs and a table to spend relaxing moments at any time of the day. The sunset you can see from this terrace will stay for a long time in your memory! On warmer days you can use the jacuzzi and sauna for your relaxation while enjoying this panorama. In the resort you can take advantage of numerous paid services (upon request), such as underwater excursions, diving courses and underwater fishing, boat rental and sailing courses (also in English). By reservation possibility of mooring in the Marina 1 Tourist Port (to be requested in advance, payment on the spot). At only 6 km is a Golf Club, ideal for playing golf in all seasons, given the mild climate of this seaside town.

    “Sehr sauber, große Dachterrasse mit Liegemöglichkeiten mit Sauna, Whirlpool und Dampfbad , tolle Aussicht aufs Meer mit Sonnenuntergang. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Eigener Parkplatz am Haus hinter Schranke.
    Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Schlüsselhalterin Clara, die perfekt Englisch spricht; wenn etwas fehlt, wird es sofort geliefert.
