You will appreciate the tranquility of the countryside on the 5 hectares of the estate, with fields and forest for an environment that invites you to relax. Ideal for a family vacation, this cottage offers a very pleasant and comfortable interior, but also a shared pool, an indoor spa and a large billiards in the common area with FBM241. You will stay close to the pretty town of Guénémé on the Scorff, but also to Josselin and its medieval castle. Visit the church and the paintings of Kernascleden and the unusual museum of the bat. Nature lovers will feel at home here, with countless hiking trails, but also fishing in the pond of the town hall (1 km). Come and enjoy Morbihan with your family thanks to this charming cottage.

    “Deze locatie is in verdere wording. Wat we begrepen van de huidige, Engels sprekende eigenaren, is dat de locatie een half jaar geleden is overgenomen van de vorige eigenaar.
    Deze vorige eigenaar heeft twee mooie gites ingericht op een boerderij. Fraai en sfeervol opgebouwd.
    Echter, daarna lijkt de tijd stil zijn blijven te staan. Er lijkt sinds een half jaar niet zo veel en niet in een bijzonder hoog tempo te gebeuren, om alles verder te gaan brengen en af te maken.

    De locatie betreft een boerderij met een aantal bijgebouwen, waarin de gites zijn opgenomen (als bijgebouw tegen een schuur aan). In het hoofdgebouw zouden, evenals de woonruimte van de eigenaren, 3 bed and breakfast units zijn ondergebracht.
    In dit hoofdgebouw zijn ook de poolruimte, binnenzwembad en jacuzzi aanwezig. Enerzijds lijken kosten noch moeite gespaard om deze faciliteiten aan te brengen, anderzijds lijkt er sindsdien weinig tot geen onderhoud meer te worden gepleegd. De jacuzzi was bijv niet in werking te krijgen, ondanks de pogingen van de beslist vriendelijke, nieuwe eigenaar.
    Kortom, het geheel maakt een rommelige, voor sommige schuren zelfs bouwvallige indruk, waar mondjesmaat aan gewerkt leek te worden. Beetje vergane glorie, van een eerder daarvoor gestart initiatief. Zou veel meer van te maken zijn.

    Twee overige minpunten: het contact met de eigenaren was minimaal. Bij aankomst werd de sleutel overgedragen en kort de woning getoond. Daarna is nauwelijks nog sprake geweest van contact.
    Alleen op eigen initiatief, wanneer bijv schone handdoeken gewenst waren. Zelfs nadat sprake was geweest van een dag zonder stroom, agv van een stroomuitval in de regio, werd geen contact met ons opgenomen.

    Tenslotte was tijdens ons verblijf (eind sept) sprake van een ware vliegenplaag in het huis. Waar deze vandaan kwamen was niet helemaal duidelijk, maar het was noodzakelijk dat we anti vliegen materiaal (zoals een UV-lamp) kochten, om deze vliegen tegen te gaan.
