APARTMENT in a small residence with swimming pool near LAZISE. The apartment (48 sqm - max 4 people) has been recently furnished and is on the upper floor divided into a entrance area, small living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, bathroom with shower (ca. 60 X 60 cm). In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The apartment also has a terrace (8 sqm), which is south-facing and directly in front of the pool. The apartment has a parking space in the basement and a large storeroom. In the apartment there is air conditioning, satellite TV (with foreign channels), dishwasher and washing machine.
