Charming independent cottage in the countryside with private pool, located in the Hérault in the Haut Languedoc Regional Park on the south side of the village of Roquebrun. This pretty villa is located 50 minutes from the beaches of Valras, between Montpellier and Narbonne, and offers a beautiful view of the valley and the river Orb. The village and the river are within walking distance. The house is in an elevated position, at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering plenty of privacy and the poolside relaxation area is equipped with a solar shower, tables and chairs, sun loungers and parasols. There is always a place to relax here in the sun or shade. The interior spaces are equally welcoming and warm. After the entrance corridor you have access to the bedroom and bathroom and separate toilet. The bright and tastefully decorated living room a lot of space with a high ceiling. Moreover, you can leave your books at home, there is everything you need here! From the living room a staircase leads to a mezzanine, which is equipped with a sofa bed and a desk, as well as an ADSL internet connection. The second bedroom upstairs is air-conditioned and has a handy sink and a beautiful solarium with stunning views. On the first floor, a large kitchen opens to the outside through arched French doors. The surrounding area of the picturesque village of Roquebrun, nicknamed "The Little Nice" with its location on the banks of the river Orb and its exceptional climate, offers many activities. The pretty streets are full of mimosas (which bloom in February) and surrounded by orange, lemon and tangerine trees. The "Mediterranean Garden" with an excellent collection of 400 typical plants is definitely worth a visit. Due to the steep slopes adjacent to this property, this villa is not recommended for small children.
