Spacious House in Valverde with Vast Garden and Panoramic Views

Located in the town of Madalena in the Pico Island, is Villa Boa Vista. A very private, 2-floor villa which offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Faial Island and the Pico Mountain. It is a unique place to relax. A fully enclosed area makes your holiday completely private. Eternally enchanting views of the landscapes, the vast garden and the coziness of the interior will make you feel at home and fully enjoy the time spent at Villa Boa Vista.

This quiet and spacious house offers 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Each room has its own individual bathroom. All house is decored in a portuguese colonial style. The large and bright living room includes a central fireplace in the middle, sofas, a Smart TV and a dining area perfect for large families or groups of friends. WI-fi totally covers the area. The ample kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including 2 dishwasher's and an oven, allowing guests to get regional products into good use. In addition guests can use the barbecue facilities and enjoy their meals al fresco in the outdoor dining area surrounded by tropical trees and exquisite aromas.

The land area is over 7,000 m2 including the Villa, covered parking places, and a huge garden - filled with all sorts of diferent plants. Old chestnut trees , lemons, peaches, avocado, mango, guava, magnolia, apple, and others. Aromas of lavender, jasmine, rhododendron create the perfect mood to get a good time rest.

The centre of Madalena's town is only one kilometre away from the villa. There you will find any service you may need, including car rental, post office, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, travel agencies, swimming pools, whale watching, etc. Guests can visit the other islands of the archipelago by taking a ferry. Faial Island is only 30mins away.
