Sie wohnen in zentraler Lage in einem typischen Wiener Gründerzeithaus. Das Haus ist im 20. Bezirk (Brigittenau) in einer ruhigen Gasse nahe am Augarten - dem ältesten und womöglich schönsten Barockpark Wiens.
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Kostenpflichtig und auf Anfrage: Garagenstellplatz, Zustellbett, Babybett und Haustiere (nur auf Anfrage).
In direkter Umgebung finden Sie alles für Ihren alltäglichen Bedarf: Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Trafiken, Restaurants und Cafés, Drogeriemärkte. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen Sie von hier aus in nur wenigen Stationen den 1. Bezirk mit seinen herrlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und der Prater ist direkt mit der Straßenbahn anzufahren.
