    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr lieblos zusammengestellt und sehr abgenutzt. Die Räumlichkeiten riechen leicht muffig. Auf fast allen Gegenständen findet sich eine deutliche Staubschicht, teilweise mit toten Insekten und Staubflusen. Die Lichtschalter wurden vor der Nutzung von uns mit Hygienetüchern von dem Belag und Staub gesäubert. Lampen im Wohnraum teilweise ohne Leuchten oder defekt.
    An den unterschiedlichen Stellen finden sich Gegenstände von Vorgängern, die nicht mehr in Nutzung sind. Beispiele sind ein Hundeknochen neben der Spüle im Eingangsraum, Gewürze und Kaffee in der Küche, Fundsachen im Regal des Schlafzimmers, Reinigungsmittel auf dem Schrank des Bads. Die Küchenutensilien sind teilweise nicht sauber, ebenso der Kühlschrank. Besteck und Geschirr sind unterschiedlicher Herkunft und Qualität.
