Living room with sofa, play and TV area, billiards table, dining table and kitchenette (5 burners, electric grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer combination, coffee capsule machine, kettle). Maximum occupancy: 10 people. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.
