In the renowned spa and winter sports resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, near the border i Italian, bright apartment, newly rented, fully furnished in all its parts for sale. Entrance / living room, kitchenette, terrace with table and chairs, bedroom, bathroom and large single garage on the ground floor, Bad Kleinkirchheim a village with approx. 2000 inhabitants in the district of Spittal an der Drau. The ski area is famous for its ski areas (more than 180 kilometers of slopes with 32 lifts) and for its famous thermal baths such as the St. Kathrein thermal spa and the Römerbad thermal spa. Routes with measured speed, wonderland for children, benches to rest with protective pillows from the cold, heated ski stands, ski schools, 800 snow cannons, which provide optimal snow conditions on 97 percent of the slopes of the Nockberge Mountains for your skiing holiday in Bad Kleinkirchheim.
Comfortable apartment on the second and last floor, very close to the slopes and supermarkets. The Sankt Kathrein thermal baths can be reached with a short 5-minute walk. A double bedroom, a bedroom connected to the double bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra bed, living room with comfortable kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom with shower and outdoor terrace. Possibility to rent, for groups of families or friends, also two other apartments in the same building.The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in ISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit ,payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation, and on how to return them. We remain available for any problem / need throughout your stay. On the day of departure we meet the guests in the accommodation and after a short inspection we return the deposit.
We sell ski passes in winter (also special offers such as Family E ..... and Ski Wellness), and the Carinthia Card in summer

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
