At the gates of the Camargue, on the outskirts of the small village of Montignargues, in the countryside, this comfortable villa offers you tranquility for a great family vacation, just 1 hour from the sandy beaches of La Grande Motte, Le Grau du Roi and Palavas les Flots. You are also just 36 km from the famous Pont du Gard, the Roman landmark of the region.
The large pool will refresh you in this particularly sunny region. Enjoy the barbecue on the terrace, much of which is shaded by an arbor. The interior is bright and well equipped, the furniture is of good quality, with a beautiful kitchen with marble and a modern shower room.
Montignargues is a charming hamlet in the middle of the vineyards, offering various activities: Hikers can discover the magnificent trails that run through the Cevennes, the preserved and wooded area, on foot, by bike or on horseback. Take a canoe trip on the Gardon to discover the landscape!
Visit the magnificent Roman city of Nîmes, 21 km away, its listed monuments such as the Maison Carrée and the arenas, the most beautifully preserved in the world, its Jardins de la Fontaine and its pleasant city center. Then go to Vézenobres, 18 km away, a splendid medieval village on the hillside, easily accessible on foot after a nice walk through the vineyards. Sauve, 30 minutes, a splendid village on the banks of the Vidourle, is home to 14th-century buildings and several historic monuments. Note that from time to time the owner uses the adjacent garage, but only the entrance to the property is shared.
