Dieses tolle, neue Ferienhaus liegt eingebettet in die Bergwelt des Lungau. Das gemütliche und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe im Dorf St. Margarethen im Lungau. Die unmittelbare Nähe zu den herrlichsten Wanderwegen und ca. 500 m zur Skipiste ist ideal. Das wunderschöne Haus verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohn-Esszimmer mit Kabel-TV, Kaminofen. Die hochwertig ausgestattete Küche bietet alles was man für einen schönen gepflegten Urlaub wünscht. In der Küche befindet sich außerdem eine kleine Sitzecke, die sich für ein schnelles Frühstück anbietet. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Gäste-WC und ein Duschbad mit SAUNA und Waschtisch, sowie Fön. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils TV und Balkon. Außerdem befindet sich im OG ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Whirlwanne, Dusche, WC, Waschtisch und Fön. Zur Außenanlage zählen die große Terrasse mit Garten, Lounge-Möbel und eine zusätzliche Sitzgruppe, sowie ein Grill, Sonnenliegen und ein Sonnenschirm.
