Detached villa with 3 ensuite double bedrooms. Both first floor bedrooms have balconies. All bedrooms have great sea views whilst lying in bed! Good sized living area with fitted kitchen including hob, oven, microwave,washing machine, dish washer. Cloakroom.
Outside there is a 10 x 4m infinity pool ( heated as an optional extra, please enquire) large sitting area, gardens and parking for up to 2 vehicles.
BLUE HORIZON villa has magnificent views along the North Cyprus coastline, Sunsets and drinks on the patio are essential!
The villa is situated close to Esentepe with supermarkets, a bank and most everyday facilities. In addition there are a number of good quality restaurants and bars.
The only golf course in Northern Cyprus is located at the Korineum Golf and Country Club which is a less than 10 minute drive away.
The beaches close at hand include Alagadi beach which is a protected and unspoilt area renowned for the turtles.
Our favourite beach is located at Kaplica, a 25 minute drive away featuring beautiful golden sand and safe swimming.

The villa is ideal for BBQs overlooking the sea and mountains all with magnificent Sunsets 


The sandy ESENTEPE BEACH is located only a few minutes drive east, along the coast road
( entrance at the turning to the Blue Dream supermarket )

This new beach in Esentepe is now complete!


The project to redo the scenic sandy cove behind Tempo in Esentepe to a private beach with sun loungers and parasols has been going on for over a year. It is Esentepe’s municipality that initiated this wonderful beach project is welcomed by residents and tourists. It is a very positive step for the whole of Esentepe, which is constantly growing, as many foreign buyers decide to invest in holiday homes in the beautiful coastal area.


At the beach there is also a volleyball court and a large restaurant with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean.
