Das besondere Landhaus "MeerZeit" 110m² liegt auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück 10.000m² in Alleinlage auf einem Wald und Wiesengrundstück.

Das Grundstück liegt vor dem starken Nordseewind geschützt im Wald eingebettet, was zu einem besonderen Mikroklima führt. Die salzhaltige Nordseeluft, hier oben an der Küste, wird durch den Wald gefiltert und zusätzlich mit Sauerstoff angereichert. Diese Luft erfrischt Ihre Lungen auf ganz besondere Weise.

Im Obergeschoß erwartet Sie das große Wohnzimmer mit SAT Smart-TV 55", DVD-Player, Playstation und 2 Relax Liegen. Weiterhin befindet sich oben noch das kleine Schlafzimmer.



Das großzügige naturbelassene Grundstück mit Saunahaus, Gartenpavillon, Gartenmöbeln und Carport bietet Ihnen viel Raum um sich zu Erholen und zum Entschleunigen.
