Das freistehende Ferienhaus mit 140 qm Wohnfläche ist umschlossen von einem sehr großen Garten. Durch den geräumigen Eingangsbereich gelangt man in den Flur des Erdgeschosses, von dem Wohnraum, Küche und Bad erreicht werden können. Der großzügige dreiteilige Wohnbereich, bestehend aus Leseecke für 5 Personen, großem Essbereich mit Kinderstuhl und einer Fernsehecke mit Eckcouch und Sessel je für insgesamt 8 Personen, Farbfernseher, CD-, MP3- und DVD Player.Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche gelangt man in den Garten sowie in den Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Möglichkeiten zur Wäschetrocknung. Im Obergeschoss, das über die Treppe aus dem Flur erreichbar ist, befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer (zwei mit Doppelbett, eins mit Queensizebett), ein Spitzboden mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie zwei Duschbäder. Von einem der Schlafzimmer erreicht man einen zusätzlichen Spitzboden, welcher eine bequeme Schlafcouch für zwei weitere Personen beherbergt.Im Garten befinden sich eine Fahrradgarage, Gartenmöbel sowie Strandkorb, Liegestühle und ein Grill.
