Villa sea view beach 1,2 pets welcome

Recent villa of 63m2, in a 50-hectare property already comprising five gites on a three-hectare hill.
Very quiet, situated on a hillside in the middle of the maquis with sea views over the Tyrrhenian islands. Comprising a shower room with Italian-style shower and WC, living room with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one double bed 160*200 and two single beds 90*190), cot available on request, air-conditioning, garden furniture, lovely terrace, partly shaded, barbecue, garden etc., pets allowed, free private parking, numerous sporting activities nearby (sailing club, boat hire, horse riding, tennis, etc.)....) mountains and rivers less than 30 minutes away, lake 1 hour away, bird-watching with exceptional migratory passage (depending on the season), site classified as a Natura 2000 zone, close to all shops, thalassotherapy site (10 km), huge sandy beach. All welcome!
