The beautiful villa Jasmine, built of stone and decorated with blue details, is located in the quiet settlement Privlaka, not far from the historic town of Zadar. Since it is located on the beach right next to the sea, the villa is an ideal choice for those who wish to start each day of their vacation with a beautiful view of the sparkling Adriatic Sea.




Villa Jasmine offers accommodation for 10 guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms decorated in a nautical style. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the remaining two have an extra bed in addition to the double bed. Four bathrooms are available and equipped with a shower as well as all other bathroom accessories. The open-plan ground floor of Villa Jasmine consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a nice dining room and a comfortable living room equipped with two sofas, a TV and decorated in bright tones. The ground floor offers a view of the outdoor area with the pool and the sea, so it will be a real pleasure to stay in this area. The entire space creates a pleasant atmosphere perfect for quality enjoyment with loved ones. Villa Jasmine is also pet-friendly, so you are free to bring your cute furry friends on a family vacation.




The completely fenced outdoor area of Villa Jasmine contains a beautiful, 16 m2 large heated swimming pool with an unobstructed view of the sea and the surrounding area. Here you can refresh yourself at any time of the day or stretch out on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool. There is also a barbecue in the outdoor area so you can prepare delicious meals in the fresh air and later on enjoy them at the outdoor dining table while watching sun go down. Upon arrival at Villa Jasmine, guests can rent a scooter or bicycle on request, for additional cost, which are perfect for exploring the surroundings. Two parking spaces are also available to guests free of charge. 






The charming coastal village of Privlaka offers all the necessary conditions for a peaceful and quiet vacation. Thanks to the endless sandy beaches, shallow sandy coves with healing mud and clear sea, Privlaka is an ideal place for a family holiday with children far from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you want action and activities, busy tourist centers are not far away. If you are a fan of fresh fish, delicious bakery products and chatting with locals, you will feel right at home in Privlaka. During your stay at Villa Jasmine, we suggest visiting the city of Nin, the oldest Croatian royal city located in the immediate vicinity of Privlaka. This small town, especially its old core, exudes romance, and promises an entertaining summer program, as does the city of Zadar, which is only 20 km from Privlaka. Zadar will amaze you with its historical attractions from the Roman era, as well as some of the most beautiful sunsets at the Greeting to the Sun installation. For nature lovers, Privlaka is a great destination for exploring the surrounding islands, such as Pag, Ugljan and Vir.
