The newly built apartment (50sqm) (2017.), furnished with care and love in a modern style, has everything you need for a holiday in full comfort. The apartment is located in a holiday house with 6 apartments of the same type which are rented. The house is located in a quiet location in the village of Volparia, which is part of the Salvore-Umag area. The area has been known by tourists for centuries for the healing air thanks to the pine woods of the area, for nature and tranquility. The pride of the area is the oldest lighthouse in the Adriatic, the Savudrija lighthouse which was built in 1818. The beach is easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes at about 900m. Excellent accommodation with everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. Children welcome.The apartment is on the second floor of the house and has a bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobe, safe, a bedroom with bunk bed (2x 80x200), wardrobe, in the living room the sofa bed (150x200), linen bed provided (weekly change), flat-screen satellite TV, coffee table, bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine, hairdryer, towels two per person for the bathroom provided (weekly change), eat-in kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, 4 electric ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer area, kettle, coffee machine, dining table and chairs, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, from the kitchen you go out onto the balcony (7sqm) furnished with table and chairs and offers a magnificent view over the countryside. Great to enjoy coffee in the morning and admire the surrounding nature.In sharing the house offers: the fenced garden and parking, the outdoor swimming pool and outdoor shower (7x3 m rectangular 24 sqm, depth 140 cm with a staircase (from 30.03.-19.10.) Deck chairs, the sun terrace around the 25 sqm pool, umbrellas, the barbecue area, iron, and ironing board.The nearby beaches are of various types, sandy, pebbly, tried, rocks for every taste. The area is one of the few where the coast changes shape and type every few hundred meters and abounds with vegetation near the sea where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours.Nearby for golf lovers the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, the restaurant and petrol station just 200 m. The nearest supermarket 1000m away in the village of Bašanija. The location is ideal for a quiet stay, relaxing walks along the coast, bike rides, water sports, horse riding, for golf lovers (the fields are close), tennis courts at 1.5 km, for life at night just go to Bassania, in the Bora Bora bar which is located by the sea near the famous Savudrija lighthouse.
