Distanced 25 km from Pula, the cultural and historical center of Istrian peninsula, 15 km from the Istrian coast, village Škitaca offers perfect escape from the busy and vivid atmosphere of the Istrian coast. Yet, within 15 minutes drive through the picturesque scenery, the beaches and urban life experience can be reached.
The renting house is located at the end of the village, with one wall attached to the owner's house.
Big, well maintained yard with air-swimming pool: 6 x 3,5 m.
There is covered space – tavern ( wooden table with chairs and fire -place) next to the house convenient for the get- together socializing.

Exit from the apartment to to the big, well maintained garden with garden furniture and inflating on the ground swimming pool (6 x 3,5 m ).
Covered tavern with wooden table, benches and grill on disposal to the clients from both apartments.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
