Beautiful Holiday House in Vrsar with Terrace and Barbecue

A beautiful Istrian house in the heart of the old city of Vrsar (Istria), only 50 metres away to the yacht harbour. 


The house was recently core renovated to highest standards and offers you a luxurious and comfortable holiday stay.


It has a Sat-TV, DVD-Player, air condition, floor heating, washing machine, a completely fitted kitchen and a big and ... bathroom with bath tub, bidet and shower. 


You can enjoy an astonishing view over the sea, the islands, the harbour and the green surroundings from the the fantastic roof terrace (south-west orientated). 


There is bedding, towels, tableware, cutlery for up to eight people available.


It is possible to rent the studio on the ground floor for 4 people.

    “E- Domizil hat fälschlicherweise übermittelt,
    dass wir unbedingt keine Bettwäsche wollten,
    dies ist nur in sofern richtig,
    weil E- Domizil dafür nochmals 140 Euro verlangt hätte,
    was bei dem teuren Haus als selbstverständlich inbegriffen hätte sein müssen,
    was es auch wohl gewesen wäre von seiten der Besitzerin Positiv: Vrsar selbst, Die Küchenausstattung Negativ: Ausblick von der Terasse eine Katastrophe , da die Nachbargärten vermüllt waren, Keine Dusche wie beschrieben auf der Terasse vorhanden, keine Liegen da,”

    wir bedauern, dass die Organisation der Bettwäsche zu Unmut geführt hat. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es aufgrund Ihrer Umbuchung zu diesem Missverständnis kam. Nach Ihrer Buchung im Februar wurden die Konditionen für Bettwäsche durch den Vermieter geändert, sodass diese bei Ihrem Wunsch zur Umbuchung bei der neuen Buchung bereits berücksichtigt wurden. Dies haben wir nach Ihrem Hinweis diesbezüglich allerdings sofort korrigiert. Wir hoffen, dass wir ein wenig Klarheit schaffen konnten.
