Simple, air-conditioned apartment near the sea and beach, on the third floor in a building, pets are welcome with a supplement. The sandy beach and the bathing facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Quiet location to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has a kitchen with kitchenette equipped with oven, stove with 2 gas and two electric burners, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed/futon for one adult or two children, flat-screen TV, air conditioner and exit to the covered balcony. The balcony offers a view of the park and a little of the sea from the side. The room has a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, clothes hangers, an exit to the balcony, bed linen are provided (changed weekly). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink with mirror and shelves, bathroom towels are provided (one per person - changed weekly).

The proximity of the sandy beach with the possibility to rent deck chairs and umbrellas for families with children, or couples, the beautiful and equipped pebble beach, and the quiet area make the location of the apartment ideal for families with children or for those who love tranquility. The apartment is located in Zambratija a small fishing town full of excellent restaurants offering a wide choice of fish menus. The area is unique for its equipped sandy beach ideal for children where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The Destino bar on the beach is an excellent place to spend relaxing evenings admiring the sea and the wonderful sunsets while enjoying the delicious drinks from the bar. The small supermarket with the adjacent bar is great for having morning coffee. The area offers the opportunity to take walks along the sea or bike rides. The location is quiet and sunny, only 4 km away from the center of Umag. In the surroundings, there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish menus, pizzerias, and beach bars.

In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Diga is recommended. For those who love the gym on the seafront, there is outdoor equipment to use for free, play areas for children along the coast. To shop it is better to walk a few kilometers to the most convenient supermarkets in the city: Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine.
