Condo 57SW: This standard 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse style condo is a great place! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-set of bunk beds and 1-queen bed, 1/2 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living/dining area, plus a small balcony overlooking the common area. The 2nd floor features a loft master bedroom with 1-queen bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons. Snowater is a gated community in Glacier, WA positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, approximately 2-hours north of Seattle, WA and 1.5-hours south of Vancouver, B.C. 

Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

The following will be provided; 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower as well as 1 set of towels per guest.  Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside.

Dishes, pots/pans, silverware/utensils are provided in addition 2 rolls of paper towels and dish soap and trash bags. Otherwise, self-service.
