The "GIARDINO" apartment of Residenza Silvana awaits you in Suna, 200 meters from the quiet shores of Lake Maggiore.

Two-room apartment on the ground floor with garden, approximately 55 m² of usable space, up to 4 people, living room with satellite TV, sofa bed for 2 people. Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning. Kitchen with utensils, fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Comfortable bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet, and window.
Outside there is a garden with table and chairs for sunbathing and reading in relaxation.
The shutters are equipped with hooks which we ask you to use so that sudden winds do not cause them to slam violently. Thank you.
Internal parking near the apartment and closed by an electric gate.
Access will be via keys in the Keybox. The code will be provided on the day of arrival upon receipt of your documents.

Suna is a small, very quiet town in the municipality of Verbania. It rises on the Borromean Gulf and extends up to the slopes of Monterosso. In addition to the beaches and the swimming pool, there are many places on the lakefront such as restaurants, bars and pizzerias. However, the apartment is located in a very quiet street.
The apartment is located near a minimarket, a pharmacy and various restaurants and cafés. Furthermore there are: cycle paths, two beaches, a public swimming pool with beach, children's playground. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach Pallanza where you can take the boat to visit the Borromean Islands and where the market takes place on Friday mornings. In the public car park in the center of the town of Suna (Via Contardo Ferrini) there is a charging station for electric cars.
By following the cycle path in the direction of Intra, you can reach the most famous and beautiful botanical gardens in the world of Villa Taranto and the large Saturday market. The apartment is located in the historic center of Verbania Suna in a calm and quiet neighborhood with an internal car park closed by an electric gate.
