Fast 5 Kilometer vom Zentrum Budonis entfernt liegt dies hübsches Reihenhaus im Dorf von Baia Sant’Anna. Das hat privaten getrennten Zugang und Außenparkplatz. Der Garten, der zur ausschließlichen Verwendung ist, umgibt dreiseitig das Haus: Hier befinden sich eine äußere Dusche und eine Veranda mit Essbereich und Grill.
Zwei Schlafzimmer sind vorhanden: Das erste ist ein Hauptschlafzimmer und das andere eine Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbetten. Das Bad mit der Dusche liegt dazwischen. Das Haus verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage, da die zum Bau verwendeten Werkstoffe eine so perfekte Wärmedämmung bieten, dass eine Klimaanlage nicht benötigt wird. Heizkörper sind jedoch da. Eine Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Nutzung des Autos wird empfohlen, da man das Gebiet leider nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen kann. Die am nächsten stehenden Strände sind Porto Ainu (300 Meter weit) und Baia Sant’Anna (600 Meter weit).
