Pleasant Holiday Apartment in Siniscola with Private Parking

Apartment surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation, near the beaches of La Caletta, Santa Lucia and Sa Pedra Ruia.

Inserted in a small and recent residential complex, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom with bunk bed; complete the property with a large veranda with table and chairs where you can eat outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and parking. Gift: TV, washing machine and barbecue. Around a large green area with lawn, vines, olive trees and the rare pomp, where children can play in peace and adults can enjoy the regenerating walks immersed in the scent of pure air. The silence and tranquility make it a truly relaxing vacation, but close to the main services of Caletta and Siniscola, as well as the beautiful beaches of the area such as Berchida, Bidderosa and Sa Pedra Ruia, characterized by a beautiful pine forest in a transparent sea with beautiful colors.

Surroundings
Location description : Siniscola is a large center of the barony, at the foot of the karst-dolomitic landscape of Mount Albo and on the western edge of the Rio Siniscola, among lemon groves, orchards and olive groves. Its surroundings, towards the mountain, are interesting for some caves and traces of prehistoric settlements. The mountain, just over 1000 m high and 20 km long, is a great attraction for those who want to explore the pastoral and wild interior of Sardinia, including extensive forest formations and huge lunar rock formations. In recent decades, Siniscola has been a major impetus for the attraction that the beauty of the coasts, between Capo Comino and Punta la Batteria, exerts. The main town is La Caletta, a famous tourist resort, which also has a good pleasure and fishing port. Large beaches with fine sand and green pine forests characterize the low coast. To the south, along the SS 125 Orientale Sarda (one of the most fascinating roads in Sardinia due to the spectacular scenery that opens up at every junction) towards Orosei, there are some places that are certainly worth a visit, such as the coastal village of Santa Lucia, near a dense pine forest, equipped with the beach of the same name; Capo Comino - S. Ena 'e sa Chitta, near a beautiful beach with white dunes on its southern edge. The coast, if possible even more beautiful than Siniscola, is a little further south: it is the beach of Bèrchida, to which the neighboring beaches of Pedra Marchesa and Bidderosa make good company; the hinterland of the area, consisting of rugged granite mountains, is protected by the Society for the State Forests.
