Brusje, 6 km from Hvar: The cottage «Mendula» in a delightful panoramic position, in a beautiful and natural setting, 300 m above sea level, with fantastic view of the sea, the islands of Brac, Solta and Vis. Formerly a stone farm-house, the cottage has been fully renovated while retaining the original architecture. Swimming pool in a sunny panoramic position. The house is situated 3 km from the Stiniva bay with a wonderful pebble beach and only 6 km from the historical town of Hvar. The area is known for lavander fields. Old, rustic semi-detached house ''Mendula'', 2 storeys, renovated, surrounded by trees and fields. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: natural state property (fenced) with natural garden 30 m2, meadow 60 m2, swimming pool (above ground) (16 m2, depth 120 - 140 cm, 30.05.-26.09.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house at 30 m. Shop 6 km, restaurant 5 km, pebble beach 3 km.

Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot (extra), hair dryer. The skillful renovation of the house has fully preserved the typical rustic style, with open-beamed ceilings and attractive decor details. The house is carefully furnished with rustic, restored furniture and fully equipped.

    “House very nice, rustic inside, air-conditioning, and well fitted out to live in. But snakes and other reptiles intrude in the house through holes in the wall, lots flies and other insects come into the house. TV was there, plus the swimming pool was not heated and incredibly cold water, probably best suited for August when it is very hot there. Very nice view from the garden. The road up to the house very dangerous, and badly build, about 300 years old, one has to drive in second gear to get up there and passing other cars very slowly, and driving up it at night terrible.
