New apartment on the 1st floor with elevator in a newly built house, in a quiet location, about 200m from the beach and 150m from the center of Levanto.



Modern furnishings: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and balcony.


Equipped with washing machine, SAT-TV, air conditioning and heating.




Levanto, a city of pre-Romanesque origin, is located at the northern end of the picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre. Levanto literally means "the village east of Genoa".




The city of Levanto has an interesting old town with many beautifully painted villas, a lively Wednesday market, good restaurants and shops. The main square, Piazza della Loggia, is a beautiful square with a beautiful 13th century loggia.




Levanto is a region with a particularly mild climate. The long sandy beach is perfect for many beach activities. The beach is very popular among sailors, it is very suitable for surfing and on beautiful days surfers from all over Europe meet. There is also a swimming pool and a diving center.




During the summer there are many concerts and live music events. Every year Levanto hosts the "Laura Film Festival" and numerous wine tastings. The area is also known for its excellent gastronomic tradition, in particular the wines of the Cinque Terre and the local seafood are very appreciated.




From Levanto it is easy to reach the ports of the Cinque Terre by train, boat or on foot for hikers. Genoa, Pisa, Pisa, Lucca and Florence can be easily visited by train or car.



Levanto is close to the main airports (Genoa airport - 60km, Pisa airport - 70km).
