Das Domizil liegt im Centovalli-Tal, das berühmt ist für seinen Zug, der idyllische Landschaften durchquert und für seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien und bietet Platz bis zu 6 Personen (+ ein kleines Kind). Es gibt drei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (160x200 cm). Ein Babybett (60x120 cm max Gewicht 15 kg) steht nach Anfrage zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Die Unterkunft verfügt auch über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einem Balkon, Sofa, Fernseher und einem Pelletofen. Das Esszimmer ist mit einem großen Tisch für bis zu 10 Personen ausgestattet und es ist auch mit einem Pelletofen ausgestattet. Die Wohnküche mit Kamin ist ausgestattet mit Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Heißluftofen, E-Herd mit 4 Platten, Aufschnittmaschine, Kaffeepadmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und anderem Zubehör. Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Aussenbereich, Steintisch und Sonnenschirm mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Gasgrill zur Verfügung.
