Living/sleeping room with TV, radio, phone and W-Lan. Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine. Shower/WC. Washing machine available. Ski- and bike-storage room, parking in underground garage, garden. Near slopes, hiking paths, curling/ice-skating/hockey and children's playground, bus stop. Pets not allowed.No smoking appartement. Landlord lives in the house.

Pontresina – exquisite pleasure high up in the Alps

Traditional Engadin houses and elegant hotel buildings dating from the Belle Epoque era characterise this high-lying, sunny, wind-protected resort. Nestling against a spectacular backdrop of majestic mountain peaks – including the highest one in the Eastern Alps, the Piz Bernina – Pontresina is a popular departure point for mountaineers, rock climbers and hikers all the year round. However, culture lovers, romantics and bon vivants, too, will find a host of gems in and around Pontresina – such as a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the contrast-rich Val Roseg or a trip into the South on the Bernina Express. In winter, countless inspiring cross-country skiing routes and picturesque winter hiking paths through the enchanting landscape are a treat for all the senses. The Diavolezza ski area, a particular favourite among freeriders, is just a short distance away. In summer, discoverers can explore the largest colony of ibex in Switzerland, while the new Bernina Glaciers adventure territory allows visitors to experience the fascinating world of glaciers at close quarters.

    “Positiv: Schön gelegene, ruhige, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Gartensitzplatz im Grünen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Pontresina hat übrigens den Touristen Einiges zu bieten. Besonders die kostenlosen Konzerte der Camerata Pontresina im Taiswald haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden sofort wieder gehen...!”

    “Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis der Wohnung stimmt total und kann sehr empfohlen werden. Positiv: Vermieter ist TOP. Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr nahe zu Bushaltestelle und Langlauf- Loipe. Wohnung ist gross, hell und sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts und die Ferien kann man sehr geniessen. Das Parkhaus mit internen Eingang zur Wohnung ist perfekt. Negativ: Nichts Restaurant: Hotel Steinbock Pontresina - Sehr schöne Lokalität. Freundlich und zuvorkommendes Team. Speisekarte ist übersichtlich und es hat für alle etwas feines. Essen ist empfehlenswert Ausflüge: Mouttas Muragel - Sehr schöner Weitblick über das ganze Tal. Möglichkeit zum Schlitteln ins Tal.”

    “Positiv: Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Grosszügige Garage. Ruhige Lage. Skikeller. Negativ: Zu Fuss 10min ins Dorfzentrum. Schade sind die ÖV nicht inbegriffen. Restaurant: Gianottis Wilderei - Herrliche Gerichte vom Grill Ausflüge: Val Roseg - Mit Langlaufski”
