Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. Stock mit Balkon (Stühle und Sonnenschirm vorhanden). Sie bietet einen Wohnraum mit Kochnische, Doppelzimmer sowie Dusche und WC. Die Kochnische beinhaltet Koch- und Küchengeschirr, Gläser, Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. SAT-TV und Radio mit CD vorhanden. Der kleine Schwedenofen im Wohnzimmer bereitet so manches wohlige Gefühl.




Sie fahren bei der Kirche in Oberau vorbei bis zur Tankstelle bzw. Gasthof Dorferwirt und biegen dann rechts ab in Richtung "Egg". Sie fahren beim Huberhof vorbei und kommen dann zu einer Weggabelung. Dort fahren Sie bitte rechts hinauf bis Sie zum Gasthof Schöntal (ca. 1/2 km) gelangen. Dort zweigt sich wieder der Weg - sie fahren bitte rechts hinter dem Bauernhof vorbei bis zum zweiten Haus auf der linken Seite (unser Privathaus).

Unser Privathaus liegt ca. 1,5 km außerhalb vom Ortszentrum Oberau auf einer Anhöhe (ca. 1000 m Seehöhe) in sehr sonniger Lage. 

Unseren Gäste bietet sich ein wunderbarer Blick von den Balkonen auf die Wildschönauer Bergwelt. Sie bevorzugen auch am meisten: die Ruhe, die frische Luft und vor allem schwärmen sie von den Sonnenuntergängen, die Sie von den Balkonen erleben können.  
Also wer "Natur pur" liebt, ist bei uns absolut richtig!

Auch ist unser Haus im Sommer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt leichter Wanderungen. Durch die Wildschönau Card können Sie auch alle Bahnen der Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau kostenlos benutzen uvm.

Im Winter sind die Gondelbahnen der Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau (Schatzbergbahn und Markbachjochbahn) in ca. 8 Autominuten zu erreichen.
